Retail Manager

Retail Manager, Leads and coordinates nationwide retail operations, driving revenue, shipment and weight growth through an omnichannel strategy (Walk, Click, Call). Focuses on improving conversion rates, upselling value-added services, expanding geographic coverage, and overseeing branch openings and modernization to ensure excellent service delivery and sustainable growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Drive nationwide retail sales across 16 service points, ensuring revenue and profitability growth.

·  Implement omnichannel retail strategy (Walk, Click, Call) to improve conversion, upselling, and customer experience.

·  Manage product strategy, pricing, and performance while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

·  Develop and expand retail network through new locations, partnerships, and branch modernization.

·  Lead, coach, and develop retail teams to deliver high service standards and strong commercial performance.

·  Control costs, conduct quality audits, and continuously improve retail processes and operations.

CORE COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS

Experience

• High air express industry (preferably within DHL)

• Experience in a sales environment

• Commercial experience and business understanding

• Experience leading and managing large, remote teams

• Retail industry knowledge, particularly service-oriented retail preferred.
