Responsibilities
Business Process Management: Work with process owners to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), adhering to the standard/framework agreed within the Operating Office and Operational Risk team
Evaluate existing business processes and outline business process improvement/optimisation opportunities
Monitor and perform ongoing analysis on business processes related to productivity, quality and costs
Present process performance tracking reports and integrate feedback
Project Management: Identify delivery gaps, recommend process opportunities and drive internal projects to optimise delivery outcomes
Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders
Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives
Collaborate both internal and external teams to achieve operation scaling up
Requirements
1-3 years and above experience with a Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferable with internal or external consulting background
Hands-on experience of operational or Business Process Management work experience, preferably in a financial services organisation
Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for internal cross team collaboration
