Responsible to extract data from database and internal system for analysis.
Prepare sales report on daily, weekly and monthly basis with advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Word).
Design and ensure accurate sales reports with excellent strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
Identifying and assessing areas of improvement, market trends and recommending corrective measures to upper management to mitigate losses.
Implementing / maintaining systems, policies, procedures as per organizational goals and objectives.
Work to develop tools and guidelines to support more efficient process within demand/Supply chain operations.
Assessing current corporate relations of organization, reviewing proposals, reporting any relation issues to our Head of Sales and administering solutions as per their instructions.
Developing and following up on clients’ event calendar.
Developing and overseeing the implementation of corporate communication policies.
Ensuring all external communication is unified and accurately represents Junaid’s corporate identity.
Managing all of Junaid’s external corporate sales & communication and maintaining strong positive relationship with our business partners.
Perform well in the role, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are mandatory.
