Software Development Engineer

 Responsible to lead the design and development of digital solutions that enable Smart Factory operations. This role is responsible for designing system structures, developing advanced software and dashboards, and managing the programming team to deliver reliable and scalable applications supporting production, equipment, and quality data visibility. The position plays a critical role in integrating manufacturing systems, creating data-driven visualizations, and ensuring seamless connectivity between machines, processes, and enterprise-level systems aligning all efforts with Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or any related course/s.
2. 5+ years of experience in software development, system integration, or manufacturing automation systems. Experience with industrial data systems, MES, SCADA, or IoT platforms is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with database systems (SQL, MySQL, or similar) and visualization tools (Power BI, Grafana, Ignition, etc.).
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar. Strong understanding of database management and data integration. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
4. Knowledge of machine communication protocols, API integrations, and data acquisition systems. Ability to transform complex datasets into actionable visual insights.
