We are seeking a Solution Engineer who is passionate about technology, enjoys building creative solutions, and thrives in a collaborativepresalesenvironment. In this role, you will develophigh qualitydemos, prototypes, and internal tools that help our teamsdemonstratethe value of CSG’s Customer Experience solutions. You will also support select customer-facing opportunities, particularly in the LATAM region.
This role is ideal for someone who loves to build, experiment, problem-solve, and bring ideas to life through hands-on technical work.
We are looking for a Solution Engineer who will:
Build & Develop (Primary Focus)
Create reusable demos, custom demos, proofs of concept (POCs), and internal demo tools that support global presales teams.
Build integrations, lightweight applications, and technical prototypes that illustrate how CSG technology can solve real-world business challenges.
Implement demo frameworks, components, and utilities that improve team efficiency and consistency.
Explorenew technologiesand development approaches, including the use of AI tools to accelerate build cycles.
Collaborate & Innovate
Partner withsales and presales teammates to understand customer needs and translate them into compelling technical experiences.
Engage in requirement discovery, ask clarifying questions, and help shape solution approaches that align with customer goals.
Contribute to internal best practices around demo development, cloud usage, integration patterns, and tooling.
Present & Support Customer Opportunities
Participate in customer meetings and presentations as needed, especially for opportunities in LATAM.
Demonstrate the technical capabilities of your solutions and communicate the value and story behind them.
Help customers envisionwhat’spossible through clear, thoughtful, and engaging technical storytelling.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who has:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ora relatedtechnical fieldor equivalent practical experience.
Experience building applications, demos, integrations, or prototypes, ideally in a technical or presales role.
Proficiencywith JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
Familiarity with SQLandNoSQLdatabases.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including APIs, cloud services, and basic infrastructure concepts.
Understanding ofsoftware development practices.
Fluent Portuguese(for presentations)and strong English communication skills(for working effectively in a global business environment).
Spanishproficiencyis a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using AI-assisted development tools to streamline or accelerate technical work.
Experience in presales, technical enablement, or customer-facing technical roles.
Familiarity with modern UI frameworks or technologies used to design interactive demo experiences.
