The Cigalah Group head quartered in Jeddah is made up several companies and divisions covering a diversified range of activities which include:

- Food Production and Packaging

Cigalah was established in the late 1980's initially as marketing, sales and distribution company, whose overall philosophy put simply was

"To Put the Right Products on Shelves...in the Best Possible Light, and with the Best Marketing Support, so that Consumers Would Buy Them"

This basic philosophy remains the same and has been the foundation of the group's success.

But since that time Cigalah has recognised the development of the markets in terms of requirements for products and services. Accordingly has grown and expanded into several diversified sectors from consumerable and non-consumerable retail products to healthcare (products and services) and manufacturing. This has resulted in Cigalah being now a fully structured group of self sufficient companies and divisions.

Apart from the four sectors listed there are other companies and operations within the overall Cigalah Group encompassing a range of activities from High Tech Medical Equipment to Insurance, Pharmaceutical Manufacture and Property Development.
