We are an enthusiastic, relational, and hopefully fun-to-do-business-with team set up by 3 friends from graduate school. We built our HR expertise in our collective 66+ years of corporate experience across industries like IT & ITES, banking & financial services, FMCG, mining, chemicals, oil & gas, and others.

In 2021, we decided to partner together and founded The Practice Centre as an HR Advisory, Executive Search, and CSR Advisory firm. Our strength lies in flexibility and fluid collaborations.

We tap into our network of long-established relationships to bring in expertise and experience on diverse projects. We are fortunate to also be able to call many of our clients and candidates, friends.

We support organisations in creating diverse, inclusive, and high-performing cultures through a multitude of interventions at the process, policy, structure, and system levels.

Our HR expertise is also balanced with rich experience in the space of health and wellness, both from an individual and collective standpoint. The objective of our work in this area is to help organisations and their employees develop a holistic approach toward the self and community.
