Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the FMCG sector.
* Manage and oversee sales operations, including team supervision and performance monitoring.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
* Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize sales performance.
* Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Leadership and team management experience.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
* Preference will be given to candidates of Indian or Lebanese nationality.
