Key Responsibilities:
Support the Contract Manager in maintaining accurate contract records and documentation, Monitor contract compliance and flag any potential issues or discrepancies, Help prepare variations, amendments, and other contract modifications as needed, Collaborate with project teams to ensure contractual obligations are met, Prepare contractual notices and responses to all contractual correspondences. Review the contractual merit of claims, change requests, and/or contractors notices of changes, Assist in the preparation of claim responses and determinations, Contribute to the development and implementation of contract management processes and procedures, Prepare contract analysis reports highlighting concerns and risks to be considered, Liaise with internal departments such as Cost Team, Technical Office and Construction Team as required, Assist Contracts Manager in ensuring the fulfilment of contractual obligations and proactively identifying events where the client's rights need to be safeguarded.
Qualifications:
Good command and knowledge of standard forms of contracts. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 3-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction or real estate industry. Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English. Professional Memberships are an advantage. PMC experience will be highly advantageous.
