Client Services Executive

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.

Manage day-to-day communication and ensure timely responses and approvals.

Convert signed proposals into internal execution briefs and align with content, editorial, and production teams.

Monitor deadlines and follow up proactively to ensure smooth delivery.

Review deliverables before publishing to ensure accuracy in format, tagging, captions, and overall quality.

Support in preparing mid-campaign updates and final performance reports.

Keep tracking sheets and documentation clean, updated, and organized.

1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account coordination, or digital media operations (agency or publisher background preferred).

Strong communication and email etiquette.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple live campaigns and follow structured processes.

Understanding of social media publishing formats (Reels, Stories, TikTok, tagged content, boosting basics).

A proactive mindset with strong follow-up discipline and ownership mentality.
