Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for managing and promoting a positive residential community experience by creating a welcoming environment for residents, and visitors. Working closely with property owners, and property management teams to ensure the smooth operation of the community and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance community engagement and build strong relationships with residents.
Organize community events, workshops, and activities to foster a sense of community and encourage participation.
Act as a liaison between residents and property management, addressing concerns, providing information, and resolving disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Manage the operation for all service providers companies in all projects and revise all invoices for all FM and service providers companies and evaluating the WCC and the SLA.
Handle and responsible for all utilities companies (water and electricity in all projects) and revising the operation performance and the invoices for them.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance and safety issues, ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment additional by preparing budget and technical solutions for each project.
Communicate with all residents throw I-Community applications for any new information.
