Content Creator / Reel Creator

InGame is a Sports fast-growing, dynamic company focused on creating engaging digital experiences. We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator / Reel Creator to help us build a strong and engaging presence across our social media platforms.

-Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) aligned with InGame’s brand identity

-Own and manage the monthly content calendar, including planning, scheduling, and tracking performance

-Edit videos using CapCut (mandatory), ensuring high-quality visuals, smooth transitions, and trend-based edits

-Stay up to date with social media trends, sounds, and formats and adapt them to the brand

-Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with campaigns and business goals

-Optimize content for engagement, reach, and platform best practices

-Support brainstorming sessions and contribute creative content ideas

-Proven experience as a Content Creator, Reel Creator, or similar role

-Strong video editing skills using CapCut

-Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms

-Experience creating and managing a content calendar

-Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

-Basic knowledge of analytics and content performance is a plus
