• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of DevOps processes and tools to align them with organizational goals and strategies.
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop the DevOps team to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement automated deployment, and testing processes to ensure seamless integration and delivery across the organization.
  
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to development teams on DevOps best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  
• Oversee and manage DevOps infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
  
• Design and implement processes and tools enabling continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) to maximize delivery speed and quality across teams.
  
• Lead the automation of release, deployment, and configuration activities to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention.
  
• Take full responsibility for the migration and upgrading new releases to ensure minimal disruption and optimal performance.
  
• Oversee service management, ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of applications and their hosted servers on both Linux and Windows platforms.
  
• Manage the integration and implementation of Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD, and Docker to ensure robust and scalable DevOps solutions.
  
• Consult with vendors as appropriate to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
  
• Monitor and report the performance of DevOps processes and tools to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies, driving innovation and continuous improvement in DevOps practices
  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or relevant field
  
• Hands on experience in Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, etc.…), Docker, ELK, infra as a code and SonarQube
  
• Micro services architecture experience
  
• Linux administration Knowledge
  
• Technical knowledge in IT infrastructure technologies (DNS, Proxy) and connectivity techniques
  
• Scripting languages such as Python, bash, Groovy, JavaScript, etc.....
  
• Software development skills are plus.
  
• Experience with agile software development methodologies
  
• Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
