Responsible for executing approved sales plans within the assigned territory by supervising distributor sales teams and ensuring effective market coverage and penetration.
The role focuses on achieving sales volume, distribution, and product mix targets, strengthening distributor execution through lead development, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in alignment with company objectives and brand standards.
Responsibilities Execute approved sales plans and achieve assigned targets for sales volume, coverage, and product mix within the Delta region.
Supervise and control the daily activities of distributor sales representatives to ensure effective route coverage and strong market presence.
Monitor daily sales performance, outlet coverage, and stock availability at both distributor and retail levels.
Ensure proper implementation of pricing policies, trade promotions, and marketing initiatives in the market.
Collect, analyze, and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional actions.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
Coach, train, and motivate distributor sales teams to enhance selling skills, productivity, and product knowledge.
Ensure full compliance with company sales policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market performance reports to management.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure product availability, timely deliveries, and smooth market operations.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in lubricants, automotive, or FMCG sectors.
Hands-on experience working with distributor networks.
Strong understanding of the Upper Egypt market structure and trade dynamics.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer service orientation.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Team supervision and coaching.
Time management and planning.
High level of self-discipline and accountability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Good in English and Arabic verbal and written.
