We're Hiring "Drilling Business Unit Manager" for one of the leading companies in the oil & Gas industry .Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the oil and gas industry.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.Possess a deep understanding of drilling technologies, products, and services.Provide technical support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop innovative solutions.Develop and manage the business unit’s budget.Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize profitability.Qualifications:-Bachelor degree in petroleum engineering or any related field-5-10 years of experience in the Drilling industry.- Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a Must.-Proven track record in sales and business development- Able to travel domestically and internationally as required.Work Conditions :-From 9 AM till 5 PM- 2 days off ( Fri & Sat. )- Work Location: Maadi
