About the Company Our client is building an AI-powered voice receptionist platform for real-world B2B operations.
The product manages inbound calls, booking workflows, pricing rules, and payments for service-based businesses.

Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer to translate loosely defined product requirements into production-ready features.
You will work closely with the CTO and a small engineering team to improve platform reliability, execution velocity, and code quality.

Core Responsibilities Engineering Execution & Ownership – 40% Translate high-level product requirements into technical designs and actionable Jira tickets.
Own features end-to-end, delivering clean, maintainable production code.
Review pull requests and enforce high code quality standards.
Document technical decisions and communicate trade-offs clearly.
Backend-Focused Full-Stack Development – 30% Build and maintain backend services using Python and modern frameworks (FastAPI-style).
Design and evolve relational database schemas and migrations.
Contribute to internal frontend features using React / Next.

AI & Voice Workflow Integration – 20% Implement real customer workflows using AI and voice tools.
Connect LLM behavior, prompts, and tool logic to application code.
