A leading IT company that played a pivotal role in contributing to the development of the ICT industry in Egypt is seeking an experienced and strategic Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations across their diverse portfolio of businesses. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
As the Group CFO, you will be responsible for optimizing our financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing key insights to the executive team to drive growth and profitability. You will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis, and navigate complex financial structures while fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial strategy and planning across all business units within the group
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders including investors, regulatory authorities, and auditors
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the executive team
  • Drive initiatives to enhance cash flow management and profitability
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting best practices and professional development

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of finance experience with at least 7 years at a senior executive level
  • Proven experience in managing financial operations within a group or multinational company
  • Proven track record of managing financial operations and compliance within Free Zone jurisdictions
  • Extensive experience in implementing and managing shared service models to optimize operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Strong ability to assess, manage, and mitigate financial risks in dynamic, multi-market environments.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Track record of driving financial performance and transformation
  • Ability to navigate complex financial structures and global operations
