Role Overview:
HR Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting various human resources functions within the organization. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, handling employee inquiries, administering HRIS systems, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The HR Operations Specialist works closely with, managers, employees, and external vendors to deliver efficient and effective HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
1-HR Administration:
- Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts, and employment verification letters.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses or escalate issues as needed.
- Handle Addition / deletions medical cards.
- Handle Social insurance forms with Social Insurance authority.
2. HRIS Management:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for HRIS systems .
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
3. Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Maintain knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices and ensure consistent application across the organization.
- Assist with audits and investigations related to HR matters and ensure documentation and records are in compliance with legal requirements.
4. Employee Relations Support:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Handling the contract Renewal & probation .
- Responsible for the attendance and leave management.
