Role Objectives:


The HRIS Specialist role is to optimize HR processes by analyzing data, enhancing productivity, and ensuring accurate reporting. They manage system updates, data auditing, and communicate improvement suggestions to the technology team for enhanced efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Collecting data and analyzes it to improve HR strategies and processes, and suggests ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department.


  • Auditing the employee’s data that were uploaded by the personnel team.


  • The exporting reports and analysis the data to share the attrition reports and new hires report.


  • Sharing a monthly active report with the payroll team.


  • Sharing the active/leaver report for dashboards reporting.


  • Applying the transfers, resignations and promotions on the system.


  • Updating the time off on the system.


  • Communicate any issues or improvement needed to the technology team.


Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:


  • Continuously seeking ways to improve and optimize use of HRIS platforms


  • Able to effectively partner with IT and non-technical customers to understand user needs and translate needs into technical process and configuration requirements


  • Effective presentation skills for communicating the strategic story behind HR data.


  • Degree in HR or MIS (Information systems)


  • 1 - 3 years experience working with HRIS systems.


  • Out-of-the-box thinker.
