• Deliver responsive IT support to all users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across multiple locations.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and system hardware efficiently and securely.
• Monitor and maintain system performance and network availability, ensuring optimal productivity and minimal disruption.
• Implement and enforce cyber security standards, including data backup strategies, virus protection, and access controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues and integrate new technologies.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and documentation according to company protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and security compliance.

• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or IT administration position.
• Sound knowledge of Windows, macOS, and/or Linux environments.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) and common software platforms.
• Understanding of IT security protocols, data privacy regulations, and backup procedures.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent are a plus.
