Junior Network Engineer

Role Summary:
Entry-level network engineering role responsible for supporting network operations under senior supervision. Focused on switch configuration, network deployments, access points, monitoring, and incident reporting. Hands-on role with structured escalation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in configuration and deployment of network switches.
• Support installation and commissioning of network equipment with technicians.
• Configure and support wired and wireless access points.
• Monitor network devices using NOC and monitoring platforms.
• Detect, log, and report network incidents and alerts.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to senior engineers.
• Maintain accuracy of network-related operational records as required.
Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is recommended.
• Junior-level experience or strong foundational knowledge in networking.
• Familiarity with switch configuration and basic network concepts.
• Experience in HPE, Aruba is highly desirable.
• Exposure to wireless networks and access point deployments.
• Basic experience using network monitoring tools.
