Overview of the role:
The Landscape Manager oversees the City Landscape of the company or organization in a bid to make them operate as efficiently as possible. Landscape and Irrigation coaching and daily in-site instruction for Landscape service providers.
What you will do:
Manage & supervise all basic services required as per standards & set plans. Implement water-saving instructions to give plants optimum requirements to save water costs and to raise landscape quality. Provide support for activities and events taking place in the city. Provide all operation procedures to ensure proper safety precautions for all on-ground activities. Following up and managing service providers for all work procedures to ensure continuous enhancements in the city’s image. Supervise and/or assist in special projects as requested with full coordination with other related departments. Assist in updating procedure manuals and resources as well as managing the landscape section budget to ensure utilization of available resources. Participate/implement initiatives that directly impact on the landscape image as replacement of non-preforming plants & plantation of new plant species.
Required Skills to be successful:
Minimum 10 years in well-reputed large Companies preferably real estate developers in the field of Landscape and Irrigation
What equips you for the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Engineering Qualified Horticulture background with strong leadership, good communication skills, and Hands-on Experience in all horticulture activities & related works. Experience in handling emergency cases and conduct communications in a calm manner. The ability to well perform under stress. Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
