Logistics Coordinator

This fast-growing company is on a mission to revolutionize beauty retail in the region, and we’re searching for a Logistics Coordinator who thrives on operational excellence and KPI-driven results.

Responsibilities:

1. Logistics and Partner Management:

• Coordinate with suppliers, 3PL providers, and vendors to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs.

• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are placed, processed, and delivered seamlessly.
• Manage internal dispatch operations to minimize delays and improve efficiency.

• Track and drive operational KPIs, including:
  • Order fail rate minimization
  • Order volume growth
  • Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)
  • Increasing basket size
  • Order-to-delivery conversion rates
• Proactively address bottlenecks in the supply chain to hit monthly and quarterly goals.

• Monitor logistics processes and implement strategies to enhance speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
