Role Objectives:
The Logistics Performance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving logistics performance across Breadfast Food. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency, optimizing delivery costs, and enhancing delivery associate (DA) performance through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Performance Tracking & Analytics:
- Track and analyze logistics performance metrics such as on-time delivery, cost per order, and delivery accuracy.
- Identify trends, variances, and performance gaps across delivery zones and teams.
- Design and generate periodic reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
- Analyze delivery associate performance data, highlighting improvement opportunities.
Operational Optimization:
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Support in implementing initiatives to enhance delivery speed, cost efficiency, and service reliability.
- Collaborate with dispatch and vendor teams to ensure accurate and timely order assignments.
- Validate logistics costs and performance drivers with the finance team.
Delivery Associate Management & Incentives:
- Monitor and evaluate DA performance, including shift adherence, utilization, and productivity.
- Design, monitor, and assess incentive schemes to drive DA engagement and performance.
- Track the correlation between incentive payouts and productivity improvements.
- Support retention efforts by analyzing DA feedback and turnover trends.
Customer Experience & Quality Monitoring:
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics related to delivery and logistics.
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for service improvement.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure delivery operations align with customer expectations and service standards.
Reporting & Decision Support:
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for management.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, structured manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all performance tracking tools.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations analysis, preferably in e-commerce, food delivery, or fast-paced logistics environments.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and reporting skills to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to design and monitor incentive schemes for delivery associates.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities with high attention to detail.
- Understanding of logistics operations, KPIs, and cost drivers.
