People Relations Specialist

Role Objectives:

To ensure compliance with labor laws, investigate potential cases of misconduct or fraud, and provide actionable insights to support ethical and lawful organizational practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting Investigations: Investigation Specialists are responsible for conducting thorough investigations into specific cases, which may involve collecting evidence, interviewing witnesses, and analyzing data to uncover facts related to incidents or allegations.
• Maintaining Records: They must maintain detailed records of all investigative activities, ensuring that documentation is accurate and up-to-date. This includes preparing reports that summarize findings and may be used in legal proceedings.
• Collaboration: They often work closely with law enforcement, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that investigations are thorough and comply with legal standards.
• Problem-Solving: Investigation Specialists must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex situations and develop effective strategies for investigation.

Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, or a related field.
• Previous investigative experience or similar roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, including workplace safety, wages, and employee rights.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Sharp attention to detail for identifying inconsistencies.
