Price Offering Specialist
Cairo Core Operations – Retail / Full-Time / On-site We are seeking a Price Offering Specialist at Sylndr who will be responsible for contacting clients to offer prices for their cars. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication and negotiation skills.You will be part of a multicultural and dynamic team that takes pride and ownership of our work and encourages positive disruption!
What You'll Do!
+ Conduct outbound calls to clients to offer prices for cars based on their specifications and condition.
+ Communicate effectively with clients to address any inquiries or concerns related to the offered price.
+ Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during client interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.
+ Notify clients in a timely manner if their car is rejected and provide detailed reasons for the rejection.
Who You Are!
+ Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting client interactions
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
