Job Description

Pricing Strategy & Implementation & Maintenance:


  • Implementing and handling different pricing tools.
  • Handling the coordination for new launches on Area level (price and conditions)
  • Being Responsible for the definition and implementation of pricing processes and IT-Tools like IPT.
  • Following up and Controlling of price harmonized ranges.
  • Effective price management for market based pricing.
  • Developing pricing Strategy for area which will deliver profitable growth across the portfolio.
  • Leading and drive implementation and execution of the Pricing Strategy across area markets.
  • Coordination of new launches for pricing and conditions.
  • Implementing and follow-up measures to assure defined PCR per BU/CBF.
  • Building framework to gather competitive pricing intelligence across area
  • Driving adoption of global pricing policies and processes within the regional organizations.

Controlling and Reporting:


  • Leading area Pricing Governance and monthly reviews with key internal stakeholders to review pricing KPI’s, performance and generate action plans.
  • Implementing processes to monitor local adherence to agreed pricing strategies for all product lines.
  • Owning and managing pricing analysis for the business unit.

Product Cost:


  • Coordinating product cost communication between Product Marketing and regional Product Specialists, marketing managers for annual price round.
  • Coordinating product cost communication between Product Marketing and regional Product Specialists, marketing managers for marketing managers changes during the year.

Qualifications

Education


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration /Finance/ Marketing or Economics
  • Qualified in Marketing and Sales instruments
  • Fluent in English & Arabic

Experience


  • 2 - 4 years of experience needed
  • Automotive Industry is a plus.

Skills


  • Strong communication skills.
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, and experience in statistical techniques.
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
