Production Specialist to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the receipt of the reviewed batch record (by the Production Manager or Deputy Production Manager) from associate administration BR. Send a request for chemical analysis to the Quality assurance department. Fulfill BR steps accurately and on-site. Check on identification labels, machine logbook, temperature, and humidity records. Report the need for unplanned machinery maintenance during operation by using the reporting form for failure. Implement the on-the-job training within his section. Report any faults in the infrastructure (walls, ceiling, and floor) to the maintenance department. Supervise the dispensing of raw materials of a certain batch from the raw materials warehouse after confirmation of the release of all raw materials and follows-up the transfer to the production hall with the implementation of all the instructions for circulation, prevention of cross contamination & line clearance. Follow up the cleaning & setting up of the processing line with the Production Technician in accordance with the instructions for the operation and cleaning of machines. Check up the preparation steps and the environmental conditions listed on the Batch record. Follow the startup of filling and packaging operations with the production technician, packaging supervisor, and maintenance if needed. Follow up the reconciliation and delivery of overstocks after distinguishing by card (HOLD) until quality approval to deal with it following the instructions of the rework, while maintaining the percentage of waste of the batches. Evaluate subordinates on a monthly basis (production technician). Enter production steps on a daily basis on the Oracle database. Ensure the use of personal protection equipment, follow-up attendance, and departure of employees, as well as uniforms.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences. 0 - 2 of experience in the same field. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional (word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook). Fluency in English is a must.
