Purchasing Specialist

What will you do?

• Execute and maintain purchasing plans to ensure timely availability of required materials and services.

• Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers to expand and strengthen the vendor base.

• Lead negotiations with suppliers regarding pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules.

• Issue and follow up on purchase orders to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.

• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to ensure compliance with quality and service standards.

• Coordinate with warehouses, finance, and operations teams for smooth purchasing and payment workflows.

• Monitor inventory levels, analyze consumption patterns, and adjust purchasing forecasts accordingly.

• Support cost-saving initiatives through alternative sourcing and market trend analysis.

• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with procurement policies.
