The Sales Support role in Heliopolis, Cairo, is a vital position within the FMCG industry, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will assist in various administrative tasks, support sales representatives, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  2. Manage and maintain customer databases and records.
  3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information regarding products and services.
  5. Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  6. Support the organization of sales events and promotional activities.
  7. Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales collateral.
  8. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  9. Help in resolving customer complaints and issues effectively.
  10. Maintain a positive relationship with clients to encourage repeat business.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  6. Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

  8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

  10. Previous internship or experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
