Raya Smart Buildings: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring Senior Community Executive.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to a diverse client, addressing their needs promptly and professionally, and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the business center. Ensure the business center facilities are well-maintained, coordinate repairs, monitor operations, and ensure compliance with policies. Assist in planning and executing events, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Assist & generate leads to sales by providing information to potential clients for up-selling and addressing their needs Analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance the overall guest experience.
Skills
Skills and Qualifications: From 1 to 3 years of experience (Hotels or Business Centers) Bachelor's degree (Hotel and Tourism is preferred) Proficient English language skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
