Raya Smart Buildings: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Senior Electric  Maintenance Engineer

•          Oversee MEP Systems: Manage the overall health and functionality of at least one if the mall's Mechanical (HVAC)or Electrical or Plumbing (MEP) systems
•          Develop & Implement Maintenance Plans: Create and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all MEP equipment, ensuring timely inspections and servicing
•          Lead Maintenance Team: Supervise and mentor junior maintenance staff, delegating tasks and ensuring quality work
•          Control spare parts and supplies inventory, and identify cost-saving opportunities
•          Respond to Emergencies: Diagnose and troubleshoot MEP system malfunctions, prioritizing urgent repairs to minimize downtime and disruption
• Assist in stakeholders management: Communicate effectively with mall management, tenants, and contractors regarding maintenance issues and project plans
