We are seeking a Full-Stack/Backend Engineer with at least 5+ years of experience to join our growing team. You’ll tackle complex engineering challenges, work independently, and contribute to the development of a highly scalable and secure platform. What we value most is your ability to take on engineering challenges, learn quickly, and contribute to building a scalable digital infrastructure that makes an impact. Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services or full-stack solutions that power our payment platform.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Focus on building systems with strong performance, security, and reliability, ensuring seamless integration with frontend components and third-party systems.
• Take ownership of features and key components, driving them from ideation through to deployment.
• Solve complex technical problems independently, ensuring high standards of code quality and system architecture.
• Participate in architectural decision-making, code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
