We are currently looking for a dedicated Senior HR Specialist who will play a key role in driving our clients' success by identifying and securing top talent. In this role, your responsibilities will include sourcing potential candidates, building and maintaining relationships with job seekers, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill critical staffing needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a strong focus on
- high-volume hiring (Mass Hiring).
- Proven track record in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and effectively.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive the full recruitment process for various positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Conduct high-volume hiring campaigns, especially for entry-level and high-turnover positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job roles, and establish hiring goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
- Use various recruiting platforms and tools to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and track hiring metrics to monitor recruiting success and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant hiring regulations and company policies.
- Support general HR activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Maintain compliance with hiring regulations and uphold company policies to create a fair and inclusive hiring process.
