Senior React Native Mobile Developer

Homzmart is an end to end community that connects home professionals with homeowners who can browse home designs, furniture, accessories and products and also can find reviews, referring professionals, take advice from professionals and read articles about home improvement.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mobile Cross-Platform Developer to join our growing mobile team. This role requires a strong background in developing and delivering high-quality mobile applications at scale. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React Native and native mobile ecosystems, with the ability to take technical ownership, mentor peers, and drive innovation in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Architect scalable and maintainable mobile solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
• Drive the adoption of modern mobile development practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Support the entire application lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, release, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring smooth app performance across devices.
• Stay up to date with the latest mobile development trends, libraries, and frameworks to continuously enhance team capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years in cross-platform development using React Native.
• Proven track record of building and releasing complex mobile applications at scale, available on the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Solid experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.
• Expertise in mobile app performance optimization and security best practices.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
