- Conducts Desk Research, attends conferences, subscribes and reviews publications to gather market intelligence in different geographies, industries and technologies.
- Gathers continuous updates from Industry leaders, SMEs, Solutions Development and the Sales Team to get information on accounts and countries based on input from Strategic Planning Manager.
- Analyzes gathered information in order to identify potential market opportunities based on criteria agreed with Strategic Planning Manager.
- Shares market analysis reports with relevant positions within Giza Systems to validate and gathers feedback
- Develops group business plans and annual reports based on inputs from Strategic planning manager and CSO
- Develops annual report in coordination with finance team and different teams in the organization
- Develops Strategic Initiatives Reports when required for evaluation of new opportunities.
- Develops strategy presentations whenever required
