Software Engineer I

The Junior Software Engineer I will contribute to the development, testing, and deployment of high-quality software solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
This role involves learning and applying software development principles and technologies within the context of AI and digital FinTech initiatives.

Assist in API development for integrating ML models  Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under supervision.
Participate in code reviews to learn and ensure quality.
Learn and apply basic software design patterns and best practices.
Write and execute unit tests and assist with other testing.
Debug and resolve software defects with guidance.
Assist in deploying software applications to various environments.
Collaborate closely with the team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineer 1ing, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience, including internships or academic projects.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Technical Skills:  Basic proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.
g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
Basic knowledge of software development frameworks (e.
g., Spring, Django, React).
Basic experience with databases (SQL).
Understanding basic software design principles.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.
g., Git). Basic familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
