Software Project Manager

Team & Process Leadership:

• Guiding a cross-functional team of developers to deliver project success.
  

  
  

• Ensure teams follow the most effective methodologies and technologies for development
  

  
  

• Serving as the main point of contact between the development team, stakeholders, clients, and other departments.
  

  
  

Project & Technical Management:

• Manage technical projects including resource planning, timelines, and team coordination.
  

  
  

• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
  

  
  

• Oversee project scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  

  
  

• Translate technical requirements into actionable tasks and ensure appropriate technology is applied.
  

  
  

Software & Systems Oversight:

• Support implementation and tracking of software systems for ticketing, spending, attendee management, and websites.
  

  
  

• Follow up on all existing software solutions to ensure alignment with operational needs.
  

  
  

• Maintain and improve technical frameworks, platforms, and tools used across the organization.
  

  
  

• Build, configure, and integrate computer systems, software, and hardware for enterprise-wide applications
  

  
  

• Ensuring projects meet quality standards through testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting.

ERP Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and implement new features, modules, and integrations within the ERP system to meet business requirements.
