Sports Legal Specialist

On-Hire is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Sports Legal Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide legal guidance specific to the sports industry, focusing on contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues. You will work closely with various stakeholders including athletes, agents, teams, and sponsors to navigate legal matters and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to sponsorships, endorsements, and player agreements
• Provide legal advice on compliance with sports regulations and governing bodies
• Assist in dispute resolution involving athletes, teams, and sponsors
• Conduct legal research on current trends and regulations affecting the sports industry
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all activities
• Monitor changes in laws that may impact the organization and its stakeholders
• Attend relevant meetings, conferences, and events to represent the organization
