Supervisor (Sales Support)

What will you do?
• Support change management efforts for new processes and systems to ensure 
smooth transitions and high adoption across teams
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to measure 
business performance
• Analyze sales performance data to uncover trends, performance gaps, and 
opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Drive sales and operational performance improvements by leveraging data-backed 
insights and recommending actionable initiatives
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all sales systems and reporting tools to 
maintain reliable and accurate analytics
• Identify underperforming areas or process inefficiencies and propose targeted, 
data-driven interventions to address them
• Monitor sales activities and pipeline metrics to evaluate effectiveness, optimize 
processes, and promote continuous improvement
• Support the implementation and evaluation of new systems, tools, and initiatives 
from a data and analytics perspective to ensure alignment with business goals
