Ability and understanding of complex enterprise information technology systems composed of hardware, software, and infrastructure components Dealing with Network Items (Routers, Switches, NAS) Manage deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of all infrastructure pieces: Network switches, servers, operating systems, and applications Checking and troubleshooting errors appears on the server’s event viewer after reporting them Develop processes and recommended practice associated with IT service management Develop and implement strategies for maintaining server infrastructure Draft and present reports on network performance to the management Maintain and update records in the Incident Management system to ensure closed loop issue resolution & Implement Load balancing (JBOSS or F5)
Skills
Strong working knowledge of the latest Windows and Linux client and server operating systems Experience with VMware data center virtualization and VDI environments Excellent demonstrated ability and understanding of complex enterprise information technology systems composed of hardware, software, and infrastructure components Excellent understanding of how to install and configure many different enterprise information technology systems. Good understanding of how to administer and configure IIS application server and Tomcat. Familiarity with Load balancing and their appropriateness for different functions, from the full-fledged backend to session.
