  • Leading and managing the recruitment process for various roles.
  • Oversee the design and execution of talent management projects, ensuring they are completed on time, and meet organizational goals.
  • Utilizing project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive successful outcomes.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
  • Leveraging experience with service providers to optimize service delivery and meet business objectives.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on customer service, providing tailored HR solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of talent management initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with Rawaj's overall budget.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Champion the integration of AI and digital tools in talent management processes.
Knowlage, Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor degree inBusiness Administration, Sales or related fields.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in recruitmentfield.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
  • Ability to tailor HR solutions to meet client needs, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost optimization, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and digital transformation trends to optimize HR processes.
  • Experience designing and implementing leadership programs, succession planning, and talent pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in Saudi market is a plus
