Windows Administrator - Egypt

At DeepSource Technologies, we are looking for a capable Windows Administrator to join our IT team.
The Windows Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, management, and support of our Windows Server infrastructure, ensuring network availability and performance.
This role requires a combination of technical skills and hands-on experience to maintain our systems in accordance with company policies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities: • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2019, 2022, or later).
• Administer and monitor Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related roles.
• Manage, maintain and administrate Microsoft Exchange.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor system and network performance, capacity, and uptime.
• Perform server patching, OS updates, and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server and application issues, often using tools such as PowerShell, Wireshark, or SIEM Solution.
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware or AHV for system optimization.
• Maintain documentation for server configurations, policies, and procedures.
Medical Insurance Hybrid Working Model • Experience (3–5+ years) in Windows Server administration.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and network protocols.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, CMD) for automation and configuration tasks.
• Familiarity with backup, security, and patch management systems.
• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or CompTIA Server+ are highly valued.
