Key Responsibilities:

• Daily COD collection (cash and POS transactions) from delivery drivers
  

  
  

• Handling cash transactions in the system
  

  
  

• Daily cash deposits (cash collection company collects cash the next morning)
  

  
  

• Daily system closing in TMS and BMS
  

  
  

• Preparation and submission of daily cash reports to the Back Office
  

  
  

• First-level reconciliation of POS transactions
  

  
  

• Daily cash and bank reconciliations
  

  
  

• Month-end closing activities
  

  
  

• Settlement of bank payments in the system
  

  
  

• Cooperation with security and cash collection companies
  

  
  

• Working on-site at the depot and handling physical cash securely
  

  
  

Requirements:

• Experience as a cashier in a last-mile delivery or logistics company
  

  
  

• Bachelor’s degree
  

  
  

• 3–4 years of relevant work experience
  

  
  

• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
  

  
  

• Fluency in Hungarian and English
