Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries by phone and email
  

  
  

• Providing information about parcel delivery, quickly resolving issues
  

  
  

• Close cooperation with couriers and internal teams
  

  
  

• Recording customer contact data in our internal customer service system and reporting
  

  
  

• Actively contributing to the development of customer service processes in Hungary with suggestions
  

  
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of Hungarian and English language, both spoken and written
  

  
  

• Outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused attitude that allows you to communicate empathetically with customers
  

  
  

• Advanced problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
  

  
  

• Confident computer skills, online communication skills
  

  
  

• Reliable internet connection (in case of home office)
