Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the delivery network and daily communication with the service providers
  

  
  

• Monitoring subcontractor performance (KPIs)
  

  
  

• Defining, implementing, and supervising development strategies
  

  
  

• Tracking parcel lifecycle and identifying quality issues
  

  
  

• Optimizing delivery and depot processes
  

  
  

• Coordinating training for depot staff and couriers
  

  
  

• Identifying and resolving network issues (capacity shortages, operational difficulties, etc.)
  

  
  

• Ensuring compliance with company standards
  

  
  

• Handling and forwarding customer complaints
  

  
  

• Supporting the service provider network
  

  
  

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of logistics experience and/or experience in coordinating subcontractors (services, field work implementation)
  

  
  

• Proficiency in English and Hungarian
  

  
  

• Strong communication skills
  

  
  

• Analytical mindset
  

  
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
