Marketing Email Developer

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?

• Build and manage email campaigns in Eloqua for clients and prospects
• Design HTML emails, templates, and responsive newsletters
• Execute campaigns based on marketing plans and ensure compliance with best practices and data privacy laws
• Optimize deliverability, list hygiene, and campaign performance
• Conduct A/B tests and oversee campaign quality control
• Track and report on email and content marketing performance
• Analyze subscriber behavior to inform marketing decisions
• Implement segmentation and lead scoring for targeted outreach
• Serve as the Eloqua expert, providing training, troubleshooting, and user support
• Develop platform solutions to improve campaign efficiency and results

What Are We Looking For?

• 8+ years in email marketing or marketing automation
• Experience with Eloqua and similar platforms
• Strong HTML and responsive email design skills
• Knowledge of segmentation, B2B campaigns, A/B testing, and optimization
• Understanding of deliverability, compliance, and email best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Eloqua or other automation tools
• Experience with lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and data analysis
• Knowledge of cross‑channel marketing and CSS for responsive design
