We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a Procurement Specialist. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the
procurement process for our e-commerce warehouse, warehouse logistic service, ensuring the timely
and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. You will collaborate with various departments to
identify procurement needs, evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier
performance. The ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a
thorough understanding of warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Supplier resource: build warehouse equipment, consumable, warehouse decoration supplier pool/
Supplier Management: Develop relationships with suppliers, Evaluate supplier performance, phase out bad quality suppliers and introduce new suppliers.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable conditions with suppliers, ensuring the best value for the organization while maintaining high-quality standards.
P2P process: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Cost Analysis: collect market information to make cost analysis, based on frame purchase to reduce price.
Qualifications:
Fluent English and Hungarian
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.
Proven experience as a procurement specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, principles, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
