We are seeking an experienced Senior 3D Visualizer to create exceptional architectural and interior visualizations that bring design concepts to life. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with artistic vision to produce photorealistic renderings and immersive visual experiences for commercial real estate, architectural, and design projects.

Visualization Development

• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations for architectural and interior design projects

  
  

• Develop photorealistic visualizations that accurately represent materials, lighting, and spatial relationships

  
  

• Produce both still images and interactive virtual experiences to support design presentations and marketing initiatives

  
  

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to interpret design intent and technical drawings

  
  

Technical Excellence

• Maintain expertise in current visualization software and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

  
  

• Optimize rendering workflows for efficiency while maintaining quality standards

  
  

• Manage complex lighting scenarios and material applications to achieve realistic results

  
  

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for challenging visualization requirements

  
  

Project Management

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

  
  

• Review project specifications and provide time estimates for visualization deliverables

  
  

• Communicate progress updates and coordinate revisions with internal teams and clients

  
  

• Maintain organized file structures and version control for all project assets

  
  

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all visualizations meet company standards and client expectations

  
  

• Review and refine work based on feedback from stakeholders

  
  

• Mentor junior visualization team members and provide technical guidance

  
  

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Computer Graphics, or related field preferred

  
  

• Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in 3D visualization, architectural rendering, or related field

  
  

• Proven portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural and interior visualizations

  
  

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling and scene setup

  
  

• Advanced knowledge of Enscape for real-time rendering and virtual reality experiences

  
  

• Extensive experience with 3ds Max for complex modeling and animation workflows

  
  

• Mastery of Corona Renderer for photorealistic lighting and material rendering

  
  

• Proficient in V-Ray rendering engine with deep understanding of lighting and shading techniques

  
  

• Strong understanding of architectural drawing interpretation and construction details

  
  

Additional Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

  
  

• Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) is highly desirable

  
  

• Experience with virtual reality and real-time visualization platforms

  
  

• Understanding of photography principles including composition, lighting, and color theory

  
  

• Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality, retail, or corporate interior visualization

  
  

• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and building systems

  
  

• Familiarity with BIM workflows and collaborative design processes

  
  

• Experience with parametric design tools and procedural modeling

  
  

• Background in traditional art, photography, or cinematography

  
  

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality

  
  

• Strong project management and organizational abilities

  
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  
  

• Creative problem-solving approach to technical challenges

  
  

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
