Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) creates unified digital experiences for prospects and members across the entire customer lifecycle, powered by data and supports AXP growth by designing best-in-class digital & data capabilities and platforms.
The objective of the EDDS Control Management Testing & Monitoring team within the BU’s Risk ID, Assessment, Testing and Reporting pillar is to identify, assess, mitigate, and report on Operational Risk within BU processes for EDDS to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, Amex policy and enhance the BU's resilience through managing a clear methodology of inherent and residual risk.
The Analyst, EDDS Risk ID, Assessment, Testing & Reporting focusing on Monitoring & Testing will:

oSupporting identification of operational risks throughout business processes and systems
oFacilitating risk assessment performance in addition to further assessments and testing programs to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met
oSupporting independent control monitoring, including identification of control improvements
oSupporting the identification of areas of risk for intervention, including conducting independent quality assurance and process testing
oCompiling thematic risk reporting to provide actionable insights on risk levels, emerging trends and root causes
